Epoxy coating systems

VIC, Inc. is a preferred installer of Advanced Epoxy System’s epoxy roofing and waterproofing systems. Each year we install coating systems over hundreds of thousand of square feet of existing metal and low sloped roofs. Epoxy systems are applied over metal, TPO, single ply, gravel, built up and various other roof systems. Once completed these systems are seamless, energy efficient and carry a 10-20 year non prorated manufacturers material warranty. The systems are competitively priced and roofs can be resurfaced multiple times.

Sprayed In Place Polyurethane Foam And Epoxy Coatings

A roof system consisting of Spray Polyurethane Foam manufactured by Lapolla and Advanced Epoxy System’s epoxy coating may be installed for those situations requiring additional insulation. VIC, Inc. installs close cell foam roofs, which provide an “R” value of 6.9 per each inch of foam. Combining the high reflectivity properties of the epoxy coating with the insulating factors of the foam provides great comfort for building occupants as well as substantial savings in energy costs.
